1. Refund Requests by Ticket Holders
If you are unable to attend a concert, you may request a full refund, provided that your request is received at least 14 days before the scheduled concert date.
Refund requests received less than 14 days before the concert are not eligible for a refund.

2. Concert Cancellation
If a concert is cancelled by the Owner, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for your ticket.
Any payment processing fees will also be refunded in full.
 

3. Concert Postponement
If a concert is postponed to a new date, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled performance.
If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund.
In this case, any payment processing fees will also be refunded in full.
 

4. Refund Processing
Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank and payment provider (including Stripe or Wix Payments).
